Residential Care Home Manager

Are you an experienced care professional seeking a challenging leadership role in residential care management?
We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead our residential care home in Exeter, supporting residents with dementia.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a team of carers and support staff
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high-quality care standards
Requirements:
- Registered Manager qualification or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in residential care management with strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve organisational goals
What we offer:
- A supportive and collaborative work environment with opportunities for ongoing training and development
- A competitive salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits package
