We are seeking a Mathematics Research Leader to join our thriving research community at the University of Oxford.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual to build collaborations and engage in outreach activities to improve diversity in mathematics.

The successful candidate will have a PhD in mathematics, a strong commitment to improving diversity, and the ability to carry out research at a high international level in pure mathematics with a preference for geometry.

Balancing workload involves promoting diversity in mathematics and addressing gender inequalities in the department.

We offer a family-friendly environment with flexible working arrangements and support for staff returning from extended absence. Additionally, we provide reimbursement for additional care costs incurred during interviews.

Our combined University and College salary ranges from £55,755 per annum, plus a £11,635 College housing allowance, and other benefits.
