The University of Oxford - Development and Alumni Engagement is seeking an experienced fundraiser to join our team as Deputy Head of Development – Medical Sciences. As a key member of our fundraising leadership, you will work closely with the Head of Development to secure major gifts that support cutting-edge medical research and philanthropic initiatives.
Salary: £55,636 to £64,228 per annum (Grade 9) with a possible extension to £70,209
About You:We are looking for a collaborative and strategic thinker who has a track record of securing gifts at the 6-figure level or more. As a skilled communicator and relationship builder, you will be able to adapt to change and establish credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
