Deputy Head of Development - Medical Sciences

The University of Oxford's Medical Sciences Division is a world leader in biomedical research, recognised for its excellence and depth across the medical research spectrum. As Deputy Head of Development – Medical Sciences, you will play a key role in securing philanthropy to support this cutting-edge work.

This includes developing treatments for brain and mental health, cancer, and preventing pandemics. You will work closely with the Head of Development to drive these efforts forward.

About the Role

You will be responsible for driving fundraising efforts to support our Medical Sciences Division's ambitions. This includes:

  • Soliciting donations from individuals and organisations
  • Developing and implementing fundraising strategies
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders

Salary: £55,636 to £64,228 per annum, with a possible extension to £70,209
