About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior National Account Manager who will lead strategic account planning for major retailers, creating and delivering high-impact Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that meet both customer and DCS objectives. You will be responsible for taking ownership of sales and profitability targets for top retail accounts, maximising category growth through insight-driven recommendations and flawless execution.
Your Key Responsibilities

- Build, nurture, and expand high-level relationships across Commercial, Buying, and Category teams within each retailer, driving mutual success.

- Monitor account health, manage budgets, and provide ongoing insights to refine and adapt strategies that ensure DCS's continued success in the retail space.
What We Offer
As a Senior National Account Manager at DCS Group Ltd, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including life cover, pension plan, medical cash plan, cycle to work scheme, subsidised café, staff shop, and social events.

- Proven experience managing major retail accounts in FMCG, with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales and margin goals.
