Demanding roles require exceptional talent. As Retail Account Strategy Lead, you will spearhead our UK retail partnerships, forging strong relationships and unlocking business potential.

You'll work closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement tailored account strategies, leveraging your expertise in FMCG retail to deliver tangible results.

Your Key Objectives:
  • Design and execute comprehensive account plans that drive revenue growth and margin expansion for major UK retailers
  • Maintain seamless communication with senior stakeholders, fostering trust and partnership opportunities
  • Draw on your analytical prowess to inform data-driven decisions on assortment, promotions, and shelf placement
  • Manage account health, allocating resources effectively to ensure lasting success in the competitive UK retail landscape
  • Provide actionable insights to continuously optimise our approach, staying ahead of market trends and consumer demands

Your remuneration package includes an estimated £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, plus a performance-related bonus
