We are looking for a highly experienced National Sales Director to lead our retail partnerships in the UK market.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing major retail accounts in FMCG, driving growth and hitting sales and margin targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic account planning and execution for major UK retailers, ensuring alignment with customer and DCS objectives
  • Take ownership of sales and profitability targets for key retail accounts, leveraging data-driven insights to drive category growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Buying, and Category teams within each retailer
  • Analyse data and category insights to inform assortment, promotional strategies, and shelf positioning decisions
  • Monitor account performance, manage budgets, and provide ongoing insights to ensure sustained success in the UK retail market

Expected annual remuneration: £80,000 - £120,000 + bonus, dependent on experience and performance
