National Sales Director

DCS Group (UK) Ltd is a leading Distributor, Manufacturer, and Exporter with a reputation for excellence in the Health, Beauty, and Household products industry. Our expanding team needs a dynamic National Account Manager to help drive our ambitious goals. This opportunity is on a 12-month contract and sits within our Retail channel.
Job Description
In this role, you will develop and execute customer strategies, taking full ownership of customer relationships and driving revenue growth. You will work directly with some of the world's most iconic brands and deliver supplier objectives and negotiate effective Joint Business Plans (JBP). You will also build comprehensive account models with a strategic long-term focus, tracking ROI on customer investments.
Key Responsibilities

- Build comprehensive account models with a strategic long-term focus, tracking ROI on customer investments
- Provide key insights through EPOS data tracking, competitor analysis, and in-depth customer understanding
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless execution of account initiatives and category growth
Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven National Account Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset and outstanding commercial awareness. You should have a collaborative approach to achieving targets and delivering customer excellence. Additionally, you should be a strong communicator, skilled in negotiation and category management. A salary of around £60,000 per annum is offered for this role.
