The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a supervisory or management role with a focus on sales growth and team development. They will be responsible for implementing and enforcing store policies, including food safety and sanitation regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a positive work environment to foster employee growth and engagement.
  • Train and educate staff on sales techniques and drink preparation methods.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a supervisory or management role with a focus on sales growth and team development.
  2. Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
