About the Role

Oxford University Press is seeking a highly skilled International Sales Director to join our Executive Team. This senior leadership position requires strategic and tactical leadership of OUP's International Schools Sales team, driving growth through new business opportunities in a constantly changing environment.

The role involves overseeing the design and implementation of innovative data-backed sales strategies for all products and services. You will also be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing opportunities in key market segments, formulating sales plans, setting key performance indicators, and monitoring progress.

As an experienced leader, you will manage priorities, budgets, forecasts, and timelines in conjunction with the Sales leadership. Your focus will be on driving sales growth and customer retention across the product portfolio. You will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, education policy changes, and plans made by Ministries of Education and school chains in all markets operated in.

This role requires a strong analytical mind, with experience of Salesforce CRM management, data insight creation strategy, and data-led sales strategies. A proven track record of business development, including designing and implementing innovative business models and partnerships, is essential.

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus benefits, reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent. The role comes with six trips per year, travel assistance, and a 35-hour working week.
