Job Overview:

The National Skills Agency seeks a skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to drive growth through creating business opportunities for new and existing apprenticeships in the science sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, achieving sales KPIs, and ensuring compliance with government funding rules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute key strategic objectives to create a focused sales plan for growth within the science and manufacturing sectors.
  • Meet set sales key performance indicators.
  • Complete all required sales cycle documentation and ensure compliance with inspections and audits.
  • Convert leads generated by the website, marketing team, and partnerships.
  • Ensure all activities align with government funding rules, and uphold company values, policies, and procedures at all times.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
Role Requirements:
  • 2-Years min experience in sales and account management within the science industry.
  • Proven history of exceeding performance targets.
