Sales and Business Development Manager

The Russell Taylor Group is seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in the mechanical engineering sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A recognized mechanical qualification (essential).
- Full UK driving license (essential).
- Mobius/BINDT ISO18436 Cat I (desirable).
- Condition monitoring experience (desirable).
- Sales experience (desirable).
We offer a competitive salary of £43,500 per annum, plus performance bonus incentives. Other benefits include company pension, private healthcare, company vehicle, laptop, phone, and excellent training and development opportunities.
