Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Valoris Group. As an Executive Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing effective strategies to achieve company targets.
About the RoleThis is a challenging opportunity for a results-driven individual who can collaborate with our technical team to deliver exceptional customer service and close deals. You will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the renewable energy or HVAC sectors, and be proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and exceed targets.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our technical team to provide excellent customer service and support.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, preferably within the renewable energy or HVAC sectors.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- A competitive salary of £60,000 per annum.
