You'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue, managing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions and improve customer experience.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving consultative sales, managing key accounts, and uncovering new business opportunities in the B2B professional services space. They'll also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic sales environment.

The salary for this position is £35,000 - £46,000 OTE uncapped, plus benefits such as quarterly events, monthly lunches, and an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). You'll also have the opportunity to work in a modern office space in Wallingford (OX10), with flexible working arrangements available after the first 6 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions and improve customer experience
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in sales or a related field
