Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results in the Contract Catering sector.

About the Role:

  1. Manage a portfolio of high-value contracts worth £25m+ annually.
  2. Lead a team of Regional Managers to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior management within Contract Catering.
  • Strong understanding of contract catering operations, including menu planning, supply chain management, and customer service.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, reduce costs, and improve profitability.
