We are seeking a seasoned Senior National Account Manager to lead our major retail partnerships and drive growth with top-tier UK retailers.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing major retail accounts in FMCG, with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales and margin goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for major retailers, creating high-impact Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that meet both customer and DCS objectives
  • Take ownership of sales and profitability targets for top retail accounts, maximising category growth through insight-driven recommendations and flawless execution
  • BUILD, NURTURE, AND EXPAND HIGH-LEVEL RELATIONSHIPS ACROSS COMMERCIAL, BUYING, AND CATEGORY TEAMS WITHIN EACH RETAILER, DRIVING MUTUAL SUCCESS
  • Leverage data analysis and category insights to influence assortment, promotional strategies, and shelf positioning in line with each retailer's goals
  • Monitor account health, manage budgets, and provide ongoing insights to refine and adapt strategies that ensure DCS's continued success in the retail space

Estimated salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum + bonus (dependent on experience)
