We are looking for an Account Growth Manager to join our dynamic team at The Recruitment Group. As an Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow existing client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a B2B Customer Success/ Service Delivery environment and a proven track record in face-to-face client meetings and presentation delivery.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing account growth strategies
  • Managing supplier escalations
  • Creating and managing budgets for client buyer accounts
  • Maintaining action plans for buyers and delivering reports to senior managers
  • Delivering performance reports to sector managers to ensure standards are upheld
  • Facilitating training to ensure buyers have excellent knowledge of systems and processes

Please note that travel to clients will be required 1-2 times per month, so a driving license is essential.
