This role will play a key part in our growth strategy by managing and expanding client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and identifying opportunities to enhance their IT infrastructure.
Job Description- Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients as their primary point of contact.
- Account Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our services within existing accounts, increasing revenue and client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service and solutions.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to position our services.
- Estimated Salary: $100,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
- Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
