Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Business Growth Manager to drive NIQ business growth through effective communication of NIQ solutions and services that meet clients' future business objectives.

This role plays a pivotal part in NIQ's Small & Medium Business (SMB) growth strategy, focusing on accelerating organic growth. The Senior Commercial Business Growth Manager generates revenue opportunities by understanding client business strategies, objectives, and translating them into NIQ services and solutions that transform their insight capabilities, inform business objectives, mitigate risk, and gain competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue and profit targets
  • Manage a portfolio of clients - renewing and upselling, answering client questions and queries, demoing NIQ products and solutions
  • Help create a vibrant and engaging culture built on high performance that drives results
  • Deliver best practice procedures and materials to ensure a set standard when talking to clients
  • Participate in team incentives/campaigns to increase visibility on SMB services and encourage a friendly competitive atmosphere
  • Take part in sales training/sharing culture to ensure sales best practices and communicate objections, client news, and successes with the team
  • Input into actionable changes from the engage survey

Qualifications (Must Have):

  • Negotiation skills
  • Capable of working as part of a team within a fast-paced, challenging, and demanding environment while maintaining high standards
  • Experience with direct sales, sales development rep or previous Account Manager/Account Director and/or experience with SMB businesses up to £50m turnover
  • Experience in FMCG sector or equivalent with an appreciation of NIQ and/or competitor products, services, and data
  • Understanding of data, insight, category marketing – either agency or client background
  • An understanding of the issues facing FMCG manufacturers and retailers

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
