National Business Growth Manager

Job Summary: We are recruiting a National Business Growth Manager to lead our business development efforts in the industrial sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in identifying and winning new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team at Recruitment Pursuits Ltd. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive growth and expansion into new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth plans to achieve targeted revenue increases
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Work closely with our account management and consulting teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- Educated to A-level standard or equivalent
- Strong commercial acumen and sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a competitive commission structure
