Revenue Growth Strategist

The Growth Consultants is seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Strategist to join our commercial vehicle sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing client accounts, and ensuring processes and procedures are adhered to.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams within the commercial vehicles industry. They will also have experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management software.
This role offers a competitive basic salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, uncapped earning potential, a company vehicle, flexible working hours, and a Full UK Driving licence. The successful candidate will also have access to training and development opportunities to help them grow in their career.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, expand, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage relationships with key clients and partners.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and prepare accurate forecasts.
