Role Overview

We are seeking a National Client Growth Strategist to join our team at DCS Group (UK) Ltd. This is a critical role that requires a high level of commercial awareness and experience in driving client growth through effective account management.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer strategies to drive revenue growth and expand business opportunities. You will work closely with our supplier partners to negotiate Joint Business Plans (JBP) and build comprehensive account models to track ROI on customer investments.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer strategies to drive revenue growth and expand business opportunities.
  • Negotiate Joint Business Plans (JBP) with suppliers to exceed sales targets.
  • Build comprehensive account models to track ROI on customer investments and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyse EPOS data, competitor insights, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver account initiatives and category growth.
Requirements:
  • A strong commercial background with experience in account management and business development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative approach to achieving targets.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
