Retail Department Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Department Manager to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in retail or customer-facing industries.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £27,500 - £38,900 per annum.
