We are seeking an experienced Recreation Department Manager to join our team at Warner Leisure Hotels.

Salary: £29,203

About the Role

As a Recreation Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a small team to deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout the day.

You will oversee daily activities, including hosting various events such as rifle shooting and archery, while also ensuring the gym and lifeguarding duties around the pool are covered.

Your primary focus will be on creating an environment where colleagues can achieve their full potential, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and appealing space for guests.

What We're Looking For
  • A passionate leader with experience working in a leisure environment
  • Ability to lead and inspire a small team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Plant Room trained and National Pool Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ) an advantage but not essential – Full training available
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and commitment to maintaining a secure and appealing environment
