About the Role:

We are seeking a General Office Coordinator to join our team at Planet Recruitment. As a General Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, focusing on recruitment coordination, data management, and general office duties.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with experience in recruitment coordination, data management, and administrative tasks. You will be working closely with the Head of HR to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.

This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, efficient, and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including advertising job vacancies and shortlisting candidates
  • Administer employee data, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of HR, as required
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, including ordering office supplies

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in recruitment coordination, data management, and administrative tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
