As a Back Office Coordinator with our client in Oxford, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational service team. This temporary position has the potential to become permanent and offers opportunities for growth and development.

Your Key Tasks
  1. Provide administrative support to the operational team, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  2. Handle customer communications, responding to emails and phone calls in a friendly and professional tone.
  3. Process financial documents, including timesheets and expense claims.
  4. Analyze data to create valuable insights for management.
  5. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement and suggesting solutions.

A proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills and experience in data analysis is essential for this role. You will work 37 hours a week, earning an estimated £28-£32 per hour.
