Graduate Studies Officer: Postgraduate Research Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Graduate Studies Officer to join our team at the University of Oxford. As a key member of the Department of Paediatrics, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of postgraduate research courses. Your role will involve providing administrative support, coordinating student progression, and maintaining accurate records.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, great communication abilities, and experience in academic administration. You will work closely with students, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that all programs run efficiently and effectively.
The Department of Paediatrics is a world-renowned center for child health research, with internationally recognized programs in drug development, gastroenterology, haematology, HIV, immunology, neuroimaging, neuromuscular diseases, and vaccinology. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing department within the Medical Sciences Division.
This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also enjoy a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, annual leave, and access to state-of-the-art facilities.
