Bookkeeping and Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized Bookkeeping and Compliance Coordinator to manage company accounts and oversee general office administration tasks.
Main Tasks:- Accurately record and manage company accounts using Sage 50, ensuring timely financial transactions and reconciliations.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships through effective order management, invoicing, and credit control.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns, manage monthly payroll, and oversee bank transactions.
- Collaborate with the company accountant to produce high-quality management accounts and annual statutory reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for staff as needed.
- Coordinating the logistics of shipping test equipment across Europe.
- Ensuring compliance with company safety procedures and risk assessments.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of the company's quality management system.
Requirements include strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
