Key Responsibilities

The Compliance Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our senior executives, including coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and conducting business-related research. They will also manage the executive calendar, prioritize inquiries and requests, and ensure smooth daily operations. Additionally, they will provide event management support, facilitate communication between leadership and employees, and collaborate with internal and external individuals on various projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize when handling a busy workload. They will also require advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience working in a global organization.

This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, based on location and experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and innovative company.
