Job Title: Financial Risk Lawyer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our risk and compliance team, responsible for managing financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of risk management strategies and procedures.
  2. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement mitigation plans to minimize risks.
  4. Provide guidance and support to colleagues on risk management best practices.
  5. Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (or equivalent).
  • Professional qualification in Law (e.g., LPC, BPTC).
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in risk management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £62,000 - £72,000 per annum, depending on your experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our organization. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
