About the Role:

Advance is seeking a highly skilled Residential Property Governance Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining management agreements & leases, leading on lease queries, overseeing section 20 processes, and handling conveyancing matters as required.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Leasehold Management, with the ability to ensure Customer Services, Property Services, and Tenancy and leasehold teams provide an effective and responsive service that is regulatory and legally compliant.

You will also be responsible for managing a Leasehold Assistant, working closely with Regional Housing Officers who manage Advance's shared ownership properties across England (South and Midlands).
