Information Governance Specialist

Our client, a leading engineering project management firm, is seeking a talented Information Governance Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex projects, leading teams, and ensuring the highest standards of information governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement information management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage a team to deliver exceptional information management services to projects.
- Collaborate with the Digital Engineer to prepare and communicate project information standards and methods.
- Establish roles and responsibilities for the information management team.
- Lead the selection, retention, and development of staff, including training and appraisals.
- Manage electronic document management systems, ensuring best practices and security.
- Advise on internal document management and coordination of project reporting.
- Deliver training on information management systems and quality procedures.
- Manage the implementation, maintenance, and support of mobile quality management systems.
- Take a leading role in digitizing project processes and providing system support.
