IT Risk and Governance Manager

GlobalTech Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT Risk and Governance Manager to join their management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of IT risk management and governance strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate risks to the organization.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to IT teams on risk management and governance best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT risk management and governance, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks to the organization.
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
  • Knowledge of security standards, such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
