Construction Compliance Specialist

We are looking for collaborative and motivated Senior Building Safety Consultants to deliver a high-quality service for our clients. Our Building Safety Assurance service focuses on assisting designers with the Building Regulations Principal Designer role (both in-house and to our clients) and assisting clients to comply with their duties.
Job Description
This role has excellent prospects for an individual who has an ambition to progress and enjoys working collaboratively within a vibrant team. As well as technical competence, we are looking for someone with excellent client-facing skills who will provide a first-class service to our clients.
The successful candidate will have a strong background interpreting and applying the building regulations and associated secondary legislation relating to projects, and a good understanding of the technical and functional requirements of the Building Regulations 2010. They will also possess sound technical Building Regulations knowledge combined with an understanding of design and construction and capable of delivering a solutions-focussed service.
We offer a competitive salary package of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and access to our extensive network of experts.
