ISQ Recruitment is seeking an Recruitment and Compliance Associate to join our team in Oxford.

The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £29,000 per annum, based on experience.

This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract position, requiring Monday to Friday working hours with some flexibility.

The Key Responsibilities of this role include:

Employee Records Management: Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

HR Data and Reporting: Updating and maintaining HR systems, including Time and Attendance databases, ensuring data accuracy and providing regular reports as required.

HR Documentation: Preparing and managing HR-related correspondence, such as contracts, offer letters, and policy updates.

Audit and Compliance Support: Assisting with compliance checks and audit preparation in line with company and legal requirements.

General HR Support: Providing administrative support for HR projects and initiatives as directed by the HR Manager.
