Job Title: Compliance Administration

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to work in Didcot. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous recruitment experience and strong business development, account management, and target-driven skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of registering and interviewing candidates, managing databases, and conducting compliance checks. They will also be up-to-date with industry news and trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Registration: Registering and interviewing candidates via telephone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Database Management: Managing databases and conducting compliance checks, including right to work ID verification and reference checks.
  • Industry Knowledge: Staying current with industry news and trends.
Candidate Specification:

Salary and Benefits: We offer an attractive salary (£25,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience) and great benefits, including 20 days annual leave, bank holidays, in-house training, bi-annual days out, and a competitive commission structure.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
