Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Didcot. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business development, account management, and target-driven skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of registering and interviewing candidates, managing databases, and conducting compliance checks. They will also be up-to-date with industry news and trends.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Candidate Engagement: Engaging with candidates to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Database Optimisation: Ensuring databases are optimised for maximum efficiency.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Conducting regular compliance checks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Salary and Benefits: We offer a very attractive salary (£28,000 - £38,000 per year) and great benefits, including 20 days annual leave, bank holidays, in-house training, bi-annual days out, and a competitive commission structure.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
