Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations management team, you will be responsible for managing contracts to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring the effective management of risks related to safety, health, environment, and quality, and maintaining commercial understanding of client contractual deliverables across all services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure personnel manage the contract to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Ensure that all risks relating to safety, health, environment, and quality are effectively managed
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures across the stakeholder groups
  • Ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time using the CAFM system
  • Be on call as part of the management team
  • Maintain commercial understanding of the client contractual deliverables across all services
  • Work with operational management to develop performance measurement and improvement objectives
  • Drive successful contract negotiations and business improvement initiatives
  • Drive profit improvement through both sales generation and cost-saving initiatives in a collaborative manner with the operations teams

Requirements:

  • Must have a full clean driver's license
  • Must have a recognized hard services industry qualification
  • Must have experience managing TFM within Pharmaceutical or process-controlled environments
  • Experience of using a CAFM system to manage engineering team
  • Able to build on client relationships
  • Must be available to participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota. The role may require the individual to work late from time to time

Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package and a company car.
