Ongoing Responsibilities:

This role involves overseeing the smooth operation of commercial buildings in Oxford, working closely with staff and contractors to deliver high-quality services. The position requires excellent leadership and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and ability to multitask.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and review annual business plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  2. Lead project reviews to assess progress against agreed targets and recommend improvements.
  3. Champion the implementation of best practices in facilities management across the organization.
  4. Demonstrate expertise in building lifecycle planning and facilities asset management.
  5. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor conditions and identify areas for improvement.
Your Ideal Qualifications:
  • Certification from IOSH or NEBOSH in health and safety matters.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple projects and teams.
  • Technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Teams, and Word.
  • Experience in coordinating major events and emergency situations.
