Job Overview

About the Role

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring timely follow-ups, scheduling, and accurate record-keeping.
  • Manage and maintain our CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring all data is up-to-date and actionable.
  • Assist with lead generation and qualification using AI-powered tools.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on sales performance and pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure prospects and clients receive an exceptional experience.
  • Support onboarding activities for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align sales operations with overall company goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales administration or customer support is a bonus but not essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales support tools is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • A proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, based on location in Oxford and the requirements of the role.
