Patient Care Coordinator

Cowley Road Medical Practice in East Oxford is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the non-clinical team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the practice provides excellent patient care and complies with all regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will have hands-on responsibility for all patient-led activity within the practice, including monitoring and evaluating the non-clinical team, managing and producing rotas, and contributing to practice strategy and development.
With strong attention to detail, you will ensure confidentiality and work sensitively with patients from diverse backgrounds. Experience in analysing patient feedback and implementing strategies to improve services is essential.
The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee the recruitment and retention of the non-clinical reception and administration team.
- Carry out 1-2-1s and Appraisals with the Non-Clinical team.
- Monitor skill-mix and deployment of the non-clinical reception and administration team.
- Degree Level Qualification in Healthcare or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare management, with a proven track record of resolving issues effectively.
- Awareness of diverse patient populations and ability to work sensitively with patients from varied backgrounds.
