Patient Care Coordinator

This role includes:
- Providing immunizations to patients, taking vitals, and performing clinical/clerical duties
- Preparing patients for physician visits, performing tests, and filing appropriate documents
- Receiving and directing phone calls, obtaining necessary patient information to file and update patient records, and ensuring all forms and consents are completed by patients
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A medical assistant certification
- Experience in a medical office setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to excellence and a willingness to learn and grow
