Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced nurse to join our team as a Senior Patient Care Specialist. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating the care of our residents, developing close relationships with them and their families, and taking advantage of flexible working opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Develop and implement holistic care plans for our residents.">
  3. Liaise directly with GPs and other providers to ensure seamless care delivery.">
  4. Maintain and enhance your clinical skills through extensive training and learning opportunities.">
  5. Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.">

What We Offer

A competitive salary range of £50,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including 5.6 weeks of annual leave entitlement, company pension, paid breaks, and a quality bonus scheme linked to CQC Rating.
