Job Overview

We are appointing a year fixed (Maternity cover) Patient Pathway Administrator within the Neurosurgery Department.

The post involves dealing with telephone queries, dealing with face-to-face queries, ensuring the smooth running of the department, monitoring the patient pathway and providing full administrative support to Consultants and their teams.

A competitive salary of £23,000 - £30,000 per annum is offered for this role, depending on experience.

Main Duties
  • Liaising with staff and colleagues at all levels to ensure seamless communication.
  • Providing administrative support to Consultants and their teams.
  • Monitoring the patient pathway and ensuring its smooth operation.
