Administrative Support for a Renowned Architectural Practice
GKR International is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team in Oxford on a 12-month fixed-term maternity contract. As the Office Administrator, you will report to the Regional Studio Manager and be responsible for providing administrative support to the team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience in managing front office tasks, handling purchasing, and providing administrative assistance. A strong understanding of office procedures and a keen eye for detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for employee and office support needs.
- Manage front office tasks, including welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls.
- Handle purchasing for office supplies, stock, and stationery.
- Provide administrative assistance to the team, including preparing documents and maintaining records.
