Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the care home's administrative systems, including processing staff payroll and updating staff files.
  • Keep track of finances, such as invoicing and petty cash, and be involved in data collation, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Ensure the home operates effectively, allowing for the best level of care to be delivered to our residents.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills and a methodical approach.
