Office Secretary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Office Secretary. This role will provide an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will be responsible for managing the Director's diary, coordinating events, and providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director's diary and schedule appointments
  • Coordinate events and meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
  • Provide administrative support to the Director and other team members
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the office, including managing supplies and equipment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
