We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to Professor Alison Noble CBE FRS FREng, as well as Research Group Administration support to both Professor Noble and to 5 academic colleagues in the Biomedical Image Analysis cluster at the Institute of Biomedical Engineering (IBME).

This is a unique opportunity to work in an exciting, dynamic research environment, assisting in the coordination of academic research, leadership, and administrative responsibilities of the Professor of Biomedical Engineering.

As a Senior Personal Assistant, you will ensure the effective day-to-day management of the business and all aspects of meeting and diary support, working closely with colleagues in the IBME, the Department, colleges, across the University and externally to ensure coordination on relevant issues.

You will also independently make arrangements for events, including national workshops involving external participants.
