Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide essential administrative support to our CHRO and CFO at Oxford Instruments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage diaries and schedule meetings for the CHRO and CFO
- Handle travel arrangements for the CHRO and CFO
- Support HR projects and coordinate initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and maintain project documentation
- Perform general office administration tasks such as procurement, office equipment maintenance, and mail handling
- Support onboarding processes and assist in event planning
- Handle general correspondence
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have relevant qualifications and proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role. Strong organisational and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, are expected.
