Administrative Support Specialist

We are delighted to be working with one of Oxford’s leading companies who are hiring for a Business Support Officer. This role will provide administrative and secretarial support to ensure a smooth running of the office to the Business Support Lead.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, be IT literate, and possess excellent organisation and communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administration and support services to the Business Support Team
- Dealing with sub-contractors’ accounts, raising invoices and POs
- Reviewing and updating policies and procedures
This is a 37 hour week, 6 month temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
